Set on the waterfront in Noosa Waters, this project breathes new life into an existing architectural masterpiece. The redesign celebrates the home’s bungalow character while introducing a considered new extension featuring a gym and sauna, conversational firepit and impactful new entry threshold, complemented by a complete interior transformation throughout.

The home’s existing dark timber tones have been embraced and reinterpreted to create a warm, refined Noosa bungalow aesthetic. This material palette continues seamlessly inside, where every interior space has been completely renovated to create a cohesive connection between the original architecture, new extension and interiors.
